Entrée Course

The following dishes have been carefully crafted by our Executive Chef, taking into consideration the blending of various cooking techniques and flavor combinations. When making a final entrée selection, you are permitted to substitute starch and vegetable components of preference from dish-to-dish within the respective categories, additional charges may apply. Tastings feature all five Entrées shown below.


Classic and Signature Packages may pick one selection from the Composed Duet Entrée section.


Those opting for the Elite Package may select from any of the five Entrée selections shown below.


Classic or Signature Packages may opt for a Premium Duet Entrée for an additional charge.

A duet of Lobster with Bearnaise sauce and a petit filet mignon is available, subject to market price.
