Before anyone is able to book a tee time online they must first go through the very brief process of developing a golfer profile in order to obtain a login. Your unique profile and login will be saved (never sold,) by Cherry Creek and used solely to inform you of special club offers and for your ease of booking future tee times.

TO BOOK A TEE TIME:

Sign-in or create an account to book a tee time (select the ‘Login/Register’ button on page) – Once created, you will always be able to book a tee time with ease.

 

1. Use the menu icon in the top left corner to select the parameters of your desired tee time. 

2. Click search to filter to your desired results.

3. Select the tee time you prefer.

4. Make your reservation and pay for your tee time(s).

Cherry Creek Golf Club Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of a reserved tee time are fully refundable*.  Cancellations must be made by calling the Pro Shop. 

• Cancellations occurring between 24 and 12 hours before the reserved tee time will be issued a rain check. 

• A cancellation that occurs within 12 hours of a reserved tee time will receive no refund or rain check. 

• Issuing of rainchecks for any reason, including inclement weather, will be at the sole discretion of Cherry Creek management.  If the course is deemed playable by the Golf Course Superintendent, play will commence.

*A refund may only be issued to the patron who paid and will only be issued to the original payment method.  The time it takes for a refund to appear in a patron's account will vary depending on the particular bank that issued the patron’s card.  For this reason, Cherry Creek has no control over the time it takes for a refund to appear within a patron’s account.

Dynamic Pricing, by definition, refers to our rates changing constantly in real time, based on the demand of the consumer. Plenty of factors play into the fluctuation of our rates such as time of day, weather, and most importantly demand. This model operates in real time and prices fluctuate as tee times sell or get cancelled.
