Before anyone is able to book a tee time online they must first go through the very brief process of developing a golfer profile in order to obtain a login. Your unique profile and login will be saved (never sold,) by Cherry Creek and used solely to inform you of special club offers and for your ease of booking future tee times.

TO BOOK A TEE TIME:

Sign-in or create an account to book a tee time (select the ‘Login/Register’ button on page) – Once created, you will always be able to book a tee time with ease.

 

1. Use the menu icon in the top left corner to select the parameters of your desired tee time. 

2. Click search to filter to your desired results.

3. Select the tee time you prefer.

4. Make your reservation and pay for your tee time(s).

​Please note, all credit card transactions will be subject to a 3% convenience fee.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations prior to 48 hours of your tee time will be issued as a full refund.

• Cancellations 24-48 hours of your tee time will be a rain check at par value of the tee time.

• Cancellations inside of 24 hours or a NO SHOW of your tee time will not be eligible to receive a refund or raincheck.

• In the case of inclement weather, rain checks will be available at Cherry Creek’s discretion.

Dynamic Pricing, by definition, refers to our rates changing constantly in real time, based on the demand of the consumer. Plenty of factors play into the fluctuation of our rates such as time of day, weather, and most importantly demand. This model operates in real time and prices fluctuate as tee times sell or get cancelled.

The sooner you book, the better chance you have of getting a lower price!
