9am Shotgun Start

Available on the Grill Patio from 10:15am - 1:15pm
LIVE Hot Dog & Burger Grill station featuring Chef Attendants directly from Rising Stars Academy. All of the burger and hot dog buns are also made by the RSF team and delivered fresh the morning of the outing.
Burgers & Hot Dogs will be served with all the condiment choices, bag of chips, and a non alcoholic beverage.
Served after the outing, roughly 2:30pm
Welcome Champagne Toast & Introduction
Served with Rising Stars Academy made dinner rolls & butter
8 Oz Char Grilled Chuck Tender Steak
Smothered with bacon, mushrooms, caramelized onion then finished with port wine demi-glace. Served with sour cream and chive smashed red skin potatoes and Blue Lake green beans & roasted carrots.
